This is a fixed term contract likely to last between 6 to 11 months.
The organisation is a looking a Evaluation and Quality Assurance Specialist to join the training and development team. You will be supporting the Operations Manager and Head of Talent Development Operations with the implementation of the evaluation strategy and framework for the development curriculum.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Implementing a Quality Assurance framework for Development Partners, specifically around trainer competence
-Using information gathered through evaluation and quality assurance frameworks to provide reporting on the success of training & participating in the development of policies, processes and solutions
-Conducting trainer observations on associate trainers employed through development partners, ensuring they meet the quality standards and performance measures
-Conducting user acceptance testing for all new online learning solutions, providing feedback to on areas for improvement
-Providing management reporting that feedback into the design process to continually improve the quality of training and development materials offered
-Working on projects across lines of business, sharing experience and supporting the change agenda and contributing to the People plan, as part of the wider Talent Management team and HR team
To be successful in this role, you must have recent training and development experience and be able to clearly demonstrate all of the above requirements in your CV and be immediately available.
