the continuous improvement of performance analytics at QIC.
You
will have a high degree of numeracy and statistical analysis capability to play
a critical role in scoping, negotiating, building and implementing new
performance models to deliver analytics required by investment teams. Using
your strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you will play a
critical role in analysing returns and managing queries and issues on reporting
between investment teams and QIC’s external provider.

key accountabilities include but will not be limited to:

- Continually
identifying potential improvements for investment teams’ current and
future requirements - Developing,
communicating and monitoring progress against change plans and schedules
to ensure time, cost and quality objectives are met - Undertaking
daily processes to generate performance results for use by investment
teams, client reporting and finance - Automating
and improving spreadsheets and other reporting processes utilised for
reporting of performance information

ideal candidate for this role will have:

- Tertiary
qualifications in a Finance, Maths or Engineering related discipline - Post
Graduate or relevant Industry qualification i.e. CIPM, CFA (or interest in
undertaking) highly desired - Advanced
VBA and Excel skills - Knowledge
of Valuation, P&L and Attribution techniques - Investment
performance analytics knowledge desired - Strong
time management capability and demonstrated ability to proactively manage
workloads and meet deadlines
