We are currently seeking experienced Case Managers
within our high performing branches. Within this role, you will provide claims
management for your client portfolio, drawing on your exceptional customer
service and decision making skills to achieve sustainable return to work
objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of claims within your
relevant branch (0-78, 78-130 or 130+ weeks); - Achieving high quality return to work outcomes
through effective case management and collaboration with key stakeholders
(injured workers, employers, providers); - Conducting independent Case Reviews for each
case in order to plan, develop and execute strategies; - Ensuring claims are managed in accordance with
company standards, the Accident Compensation Act and WorkSafe’s regulatory
environment; and - Delivering excellent customer service to key
stakeholders (injured workers and employers).
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Professional experience in Workers
Compensation in either an insurance or employer based organisation; - Experience working within WorkSafe regulatory
environment is highly desirable; - A high degree of influencing skill partnered
with strong written and verbal communication skills; - Developed time management skills with the
ability to work in a high pressure environment; and - A service-orientated approach that allows you
to deal with difficult customers confidently and empathetically.
