Reporting to the NAV Manager, you will be responsible for a team of up to 10 pricing administrators. This is a high volume business area requiring attention to detail, risk awareness, problem solving and analytical skills. This is an important, high profile division and you will be responsible for stakeholder management whilst assisting with risk assessment and handling more technical enquiries.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team, chairing weekly meetings, identifying training and development needs, reviewing performance, process improving, compliance monitoring and ensuring additional projects are delivered within agreed timescales.
