Job Summary: The Payroll Loan Officer will be
responsible for market payroll products the formally employed segment in
Uganda. The primary responsibility is to undertake loan appraisal for salaried
borrowers, loans processing, credit delivery and ensure quality portfolio on
loans delivered. The incumbents will also manage relationship with corporate
clients and generally ensure all loans delivered are repaid on time.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The candidates should also hold relevant diplomas or University
Degrees from recognized institutions – in the following areas – Education,
Commerce, Social Sciences, and Business Administration. - A minimum of two or more (2) years relevant experience in a payroll
lending MFI. - The ideal candidates should be experienced in delivering payroll
loan product in a reputable financial institution and conversant with
credit appraisal of applicants mainly based on character and affordability
and expound the values of honesty, integrity, institutional ownership and
commitment to the job. - Past exposure and experience in lending to civil servants in the
Uganda will be an added advantage - Computer literacy i.e. Proficient in various computer packages
like. MS Office, excel, email.
