We are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage the Minor
Works projects within our Fire Business.
You will have a track record of experience and achievements within a similar
role.
In addition, you will have good working knowledge of the relevant Australian
Standards with a key focus on quality operational deliverables.
The musts:
• Estimating of Fire Alarms, EWIS Systems along with associated
interfacing to systems such as Fire Sprinkler and Smoke Control Systems.
• Knowledge of AS 1670, AS 2000, AS 1668, AS 3000, BCA etc
• Design and construct skills
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have the ability to manage direct and sub contract labour.
• Adherence to OH&S practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Have excellent computer skills across a number of applications.
• Manage to a budget
