(1) Position available for the advert post. International company working on location for coal/mining project is in need of skilled practitioner on site to undergo and perform such duties.
Duties:
Occupational examinations (admissions, periodic, function change, etc.) followed by issuing of certificate confirming occupational health
Oversee the control of the absenteeism of employees through statistical analysis, monitoring of absent employees, and issuing of health certificates
Provide and mandate first-aid in case of work accidents
Follow-up on reports of work accidents
Assist in the organization of health promoting campaigns
Draft statistical analysis of occupational health-related factors
Take part in creation of the health budget
Insure first-contact, health-checks for all employees
Requirements:
Medical degree from a recognized institution, related to working role
Solid 4 yrs. experience in work related occupational medicine
Skills aptitude:
Specialized in occupational medicine and or proven experience working with occupational medicine
Fluent in English and Portuguese
