The
PMI/Africa IRS Project in Rwanda is currently seeking firm, fixed-price bids
for rental of Jeep Category 2, Pickup double cabin vehicles and Daihatsu/Toyota
Dyna300 for the Indoor Residual Spraying campaign in Nyagatare, Gisagara and
Bugesera districts to facilitate IRS supervision. The period of performance is
estimated to be January
1, 2015 to June 30, 2015.

Requirements
1.
Vehicles must be fully insured and drivers must have valid driver
licenses with at least 5 years driving experience and should possess some
mechanical skills.

Vehicles must be in very good operating condition. Vehicles that are
offered with worn out tires and have mechanical issues will be eliminated from
providing the stated service.

The successful bidder is will provide copies of insurance certificate,
vehicle mechanical inspection certificate and driving license of the drivers to
Abt Office in Kiyovu, Kigali before the start of the activity.

the period of performance is estimated to cover the number of days in table
above, the winning bidder shall be responsible for providing, the full scope of
services as described herein until the requirement is accomplished without a
revision to its initially proposed fixed price. Likewise, should the operation
require less days than specified in the table above the winning bidder will be
entitled to the full firm fixed price per the terms of the contract. Bidders
should account for this variance and the corresponding cost implications in
their proposed firm fixed price for the scope of services as described herein.
