In today’s complex business environment, successful
projects are vital in ensuring business success. As such, we are looking
for a professional and experienced Business Development Manager with extensive
sales experience to join our team in our ever expanding company. 

The Role

To be considered for this position you will have a
wide knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis.
You will be expected to identify and generate sales
within your local market, with a specific focus on new business which is then
converted to ongoing, repeat business. You will be a passionate driven, sales
person and a motivated professional who is team and results focused, looking
for a long term career.
To be successful and
contribute to the organisation’s success, you will need to be a hands-on,
responsive problem solver and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Exceed revenue targets on an ongoing
    monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities that
    is equal to minimal 3 x quota levels.
  • Promote and develop the Company’s image articulating
    success and commitment within the marketplace.

  • Provide accurate forecasting representing an understanding
    of the sales cycle and client needs.
  • Understand a manage territory plan and specific account plans
    for each focused account.
  • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s
    competitors and to use these to maximum advantage in ensuring value to our
    clients.

  • Promote sales success in conjunction with marketing and
    developing client reference sites, testimonials and case studies.

  • Create best practice in business and contractual
    relationships within their territory.
  • Company values and vision is clearly understood and you are
    professional in all client and marketplace messaging and interactions.

  • Share expertise and knowledge with other colleagues and
    peers. Where necessary working closely together with extended team members
    within country or across the globe in developing proposals, presentations
    and client forums.

Experience Required:
  • MUST be Innovative, Dynamic, Passionate and Proactive!!
  • Strong business to business sales experience
  • Success in client engagement, relationships management and
    growing sales revenue and gross profit
  • Recruitment/HR solutions background or experience
  • Consistent records of clients attraction strategies and
    quality lead generation
  • Literacy, numeracy and IT ability
