ations in responding to Child
Protection and SGBV cases in Congolese Refugee camps of Kigeme, Gihembe,
Mugombwa, Kiziba and Nyabiheke. As such, Plan is responsible for the design and
implementation of all child protection and sexual and gender-based violence
(SGBV) response and prevention activities for refugees in Rwanda.
In
March 2015, Rwanda began receiving refugees from Burundi due to tension,
harassment, and violence surrounding the presidential elections in Burundi. In
response to this influx, UNHCR and MIDIMAR (Ministry of Disaster Management and
Refugees Affairs), in partnership with implementing partners, opened two
reception centers in Nyanza and Gashora, and built a new camp in Mahama to
respond to the need identified.

order to facilitate field staff under this project for transportation means
during project’s implementation in their day to day operations at the refugee
camp, Plan International Rwanda is hiring 1 vehicle for 6 Months. The period to be covered
is from 1st November 2017 to 30th April 2018
