• Staffing: To hire employees at executive & non-executive level, permanent, temporary or contract
• To conduct exit interviews & analyse reasons Compensation & Benefits
• To provide data for monthly payroll, overtime or regular
• To provide periodical reports on headcount & overtime for budgeting reporting & management review
• To administer time attendance & leave management
• To support annual compensation review exercise
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with major in Human Resource Management
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Studies with major in Human Resource Management
• 3 years of human resource generalist experience in an MNC environment
• Experience in leading a team
• Well versed with Employment Act in Singapore
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with multi-lingual speaking associates
• Strong passion in people & talent management
• Highly initiative with ability to work independently
• Highly adaptable & versatile
• Good working knowledge in MS Office
