Boarding Facilities for its students.
Restaurant Cooks
Food preparation and inspect serving areas to ensure observance of safe,
food-handling practices, Serve food to Waiters, Regulate temperature of Ovens,
Grills and Roasters, Estimate expected food consumption and arrange requisition
from catering stores, Manage kitchen activities
For position 1 and 2 applicants must be Mature Christians and be holders of
Diploma/degree in a relevant field obtained from a well recognised training
institution, For position 3 minimum of Junior Certificate of Education (JCE)
backed up by 3 yrs of practical experience is required
