1.REGIONAL CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (Botswana)

1.1.Purpose of the Job
•Management and control of the financial affairs of the
Peermont Global Botswana’s hotel casino operations

•Financial Planning and finalizing the annual budget
process and draft statutory accounts for review by internal auditors

•Directing and control of general accounting and
financial activities of the busine
ss and
these include the function of costs accounting and payroll

•Corporate Governance

1.2.Knowledge and Qualifications required
•Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years
experience in hotel/Casino or similar industry, accounting

•Must have served articles

1.3.Special Skills/Competencies
•Sound and in depth knowledge of casino or gaming
operations with at the least 3 years experience working in similar operations

•Sound knowledge of computer accounting packages
like Accpac, Micro Fidelio etc

•Must have had exposure working in large corporate
environment

•Experience in managing IT
•Good interpersonal skills
•Project development accounting
•Feasibility studies
•Audit function
•Corporate tax management
•People management skill
•Analytical ability
• Self starter and natural thinker
•Must be able to transfer skill
