My
patient was said to have been coughing, having fever, sweating at night which
everybody thought it was malaria and she was treated with herbal medicine
without getting relieved. The cough continued for about three weeks with chest
pain. Later on she started coughing out blood stains sputum until I met her on
that day. As she was coughing I then advised her and her parents to go for a
test in the hospital.
