Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Plan, organize and coordinate
    the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and regularly update
    the employee records database.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate
    staff welfare.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate
    factory visits.
  • Oversee staff attendance
    records.
  • Ensure the maintenance and
    cleanliness of the company’s premises.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the
    company’s vehicles.
  • Ensure the security of the
    company premises.
  • Manage the administrative Human
    Resource related activities.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should hold
    a University Degree from a reputable institution.
  • Possession of a Human Resource
    Management or Psychology
    qualification is an added advantage
  • At least two years’ work
    related experience.
  • Prior experience working in a
    Human Resource environment is an added advantage.
  • Ability to effectively
    communicate in English verbally and in writing.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e.
    proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to lead and work with
    and through teams.
  • Ability to influence and
    network with others.
  • Ability to take initiatives and
    act before being told.
  • Ability to identify and provide
    learning opportunities that enable others to reach their full potential.
  • Possess the ability to identify
    and appreciate the values, concerns and feelings of others.
  • Ability to focus on key goals
    and deliver results.
  • Ability to focus on accuracy
    and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pursue high
    standards in line with agreed organizational values and standards of
    professionalism.
