Responsibilities:
• You will assist the Operations Manager in supervising the day to day operations in customer delivery fulfillment and warehouse management.
• You will ensure good inventory control and be pro-active in resolving daily operations issues pertaining to incoming or outgoing deliveries with relevant parties.
• You will also be responsible in planning, coordination and execution of operations matters/projects effectively including audit checks/ reviews and work improvement implementation.
• Supervise staff attendance, discipline and performance
• Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of work area.
• Responsible to ensure that team complies strictly to work methods, procedures and standards.
• Maintain optimum stock level to meet the customers’ requirement
• Plan and manage the daily delivery route effectively.
• Understand of all operating procedure relevant to the area of operation and to be able to supervise, train and motivate staff.
• Ensure that all company’s truck is maintained in a clean and good working condition to reduce vehicle downtime and repairs.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience
• Good problem solving and people management skills
• Able to multi-task, work diligently and independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident may apply
