Innovation team has been tasked with this responsibility and will
depend on its team to fulfill its mission. The role is to assist this team with
implementing trials, pilots, and research assignments to help us achieve a
better, more efficient program.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Project
Lead – You
will oversee and assist on multiple trials and/or projects assigned by
your manager. You will be in charge of ensuring project quality and
completing deliverables on time. You will be responsible for: - Helping
think through trial design - Executing
field experiments and trials - Following
up in the field - Ensuring
excellent communication amongst your team and all other stakeholders - Helping
in tracking your trial, measuring success, and documenting trial
learnings - Thought
Partner – You
will work alongside a senior member of our team who will mentor you on
your project management. Your manager will work closely with you to
further evolve an idea or explore a new concept in the field and you will
participate in group discussions to improve, change, or stop an idea from
progressing. - Data
Analyst – We
use data every day to make decisions, change strategies, or explore new
ideas. We are all data analysts: collecting clients’ perspectives, field
teams KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), repayment information, focus
group responses and much more. You will be responsible for ensuring that
data collected is highly credible, rigorously analyzed, and clearly
presented to your manager and other team members. - People
Manager- You
will be expected to quickly take on a team of Direct Reports to help you
execute projects. You will be responsible for ensuring their professional
development and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in business administration, Agriculture, Agriculture Economics,
Agribusiness or related fields - Commitment
to living in a rural area for an extended period of time - Ability
and willingness to travel 2-3 days a week in rural areas depending on
project - Professional
written and oral English, Kinyarwanda is an added value
- Advanced
computer skills: typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel other statistical
packages are an added advantage - At
least 1 year of prior work experience
