innovating a new way of helping farm families to achieve their full potential.
In five years in Rwanda, we have grown to serve 100,000 farm families with more
than 1,000 full-time field staff. We are Rwanda’s fastest growing professional
organization. We are currently looking for Special Project Associate to
help running field activities.

help running field activities.
Your duties and Responsibilities
- Help assemble, train, and mentor a team of 2 – 5
persons that will work closely with you on your projects. - Leading weekly meetings with your team.
- Encouraging and leading collaboration at all
levels with implementing partners (Operations and supporting departments). - Building your team’s management and leadership
capacities both during meetings and in the field. - Holding your team accountable to shared goals-
learning from our failures, and celebrating our success. - Planning and executing field experiments and
trials. - Following up in the field and ensuring excellent
communication amongst the team and all stakeholders.. - Managing pre- and post-trial surveys and handling
data management.
Our requirements
- Commitment to living in a rural area for an
extended period of time. - Ability and willingness to travel 2-3 days a week
in rural areas depending on project. - Excellent command of English and French- near
fluency. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills:
intermediate typing, intermediate Microsoft Word skills, intermediate excel
skills. - Top performing academic background with a minimum
of a Bachelor’s degree (Preference in business, engineering, computer
science, or mathematics). - At least 2 years work experience
- At least 1 year team management experience
