Responsibilities/Attributions
Main Responsibilities
- Follow up on all public requests Support planning
mechanisms and processes to make a constant follow up on all public
requests made to PMO and give a proper recommendation to the superior. - Manage all public requests—Manage all public
requests to the PM and PMO in all formats, calls, letters, and ensure the
proper orientation of queries to the relevant institutions, maintain
excellent records and follow up on all public requests. Use existing PMO
processes and be proactive in sharing information and communicating with
others. - Manage and coordinate the Toll Free line: Ensure
all enquiries in the PMO arc dealt with efficiently and effectively. - External & Stakeholder Relationships —
Establish and work with a network of stakeholders and partners related to
the work of the PMO function. Regularly follow up on all public requests
made from PM Field visits and link up with other relevant institutions. - Quality Service Delivery — Undertake personal
leadership in work taking personal responsibility for ensuring tasks are
followed up on time and ensure quality service delivery. To perform any
other duties assigned to him/her in the institution.
Job Profile
Job requirement / qualifications /experience
- A0 in Political sciences, Public Administration,
Law, Social Sciences, - Administrative Sciences, Sociology, or Master or
equivalent in Political sciences, Public Administration, Law and Social
Sciences with I year of working experience

Responsibilities/Attributions
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct and /or supervise research, policy and
strategy on matters of I IR in the Institution; - Design policy and strategy proposals as well as
programs and projects in matters of HR in public service; - Analyse Job requirements and prepare job
descriptions and job specifi-Cations for recruitment , job evaluations and
other purposes; - Identify strategic and operational capacity
building needs of the institution; - Formulate staff development strategies and
programs especially in staff training and supervise its implementation; - Provide advice to the institution on:
recruitment, performance management, including IIR needs assessment, HR
forecasting, planning and management, capacity development and training.
scholarship schemes, payroll management, and other HR aspects including
pension schemes. utilization of ICT to manage FIR; - Initiate budget proposals for the IIR department;
- Enforce and coordinate periodic staff performance
appraisal/ evaluation exercise; - Play an advisory role for institution’s staff on
I IR policies and procedures; - Monitor or establish payment statements (Staff
salaries, and benefits) and regularly verify the statutory contributions
and all legal deductions; - Prepare, monitor and evaluate the organization

organization recruits the best people for advertised jobs and ensure the
compliance with legislation and best practice related to equal
opportunities. - Play advocacy role and ensure the staff’s
