Responsibilities:
- To perform ATM / CDM balancing and
reconciliation activities on a daily basis. - To attend to all customers
complaints within the agreed SLA. - Highlight issues or transactions
that may appear suspicious/abnormal. - Reconcile and submit ATM Cash
Excess / Shortages details. - Process ATM shortage claims.
- To keep track and file reports and
documents related to ATM / CDM balancing and reconciliation. - To attend to instruction as
directed by Head of Section.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in
Accounting / Business Administration or any related field. - Proficient in MS Office system.
- Working experience with some basic
knowledge on SST outsourcing/administration and customer service
would be an advantage. - Good communication and written
skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Ability to work
under pressure with desire to achieve excellent results. - Able to work as a team and
independently and posses positive attitude. - Able to start work immediately.
