Manager – Debt Management Recovery

2700 – 4000 Plus commission/Allowance

Responsibilities:

Responsible for
the recruitment, development and coaching of those who directly report
Person who is
responsible for managing a team of agents
Ensure
individual officers are performing towards the management targets,
reviewing their performance and coaching/training them
Resource
planning and estimating
Meeting with
Management to provide feedback and also to receive instructions or actions

Requirements:

Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or in
Business. Diploma holders with relevant working experience will be considered.

Required
skill(s): Management, Leadership.
Required
language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
5 to 8 years
relevant working experience, preferably in Debt Collection is required for
this position
Ability to plan
and organize team effort
Able to work
independently with minimum supervision and a team player
Able to work
under pressure, dynamic and results oriented
Hardworking,
self motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills
Capacity to
motivate, lead and boost morale of the team
Must be
proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software
including MS Office products
