Noventus has an
increasing number of requirements from new projects across Australia and we are
now have a vacancy for an experienced Trainer to join our Aerospace division in
Toowoomba for a 12 month contract with strong extension possibilities.
About You
You have a solid
training experience, relevant qualifications and have conducted training in a
Defence environment. The responsibilities of the role include:
Analyse
Capability Requirement
Confirm the Training
Needs Analysis (TNA) for the project transition courses, common (dual trade)
aircraft type course and a general maintenance course for all aircraft types,
including re-engaging stakeholders to confirm the capability requirement and
any implementation plans.
Confirm the current
Training Implementation Plan for the three courses stated above.
Validate trial
training. Validate any existing trial training outcomes against the capability
requirement.
Design Phase
Establish a common
Training Management Plan (TMP) structure. Establish a structure within current
TMPs to standardise all Course and Module Learning Outcomes for all aircraft
type related courses.
Develop
Phase
Raise TAPs. Raise
TMP Amendment Plans (TAP) in accordance with the training validations and the
TIP.
Develop TMPs as
required. Create, amend or develop TMPs as required to meet the TIP and
capability requirement.
Requirements
of the Role:
- CERT IV
in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with experience in Instruction
Design or Training Development - ADF
Training Design Course - Knowledge
of PMKeyS - Knowledge
of Defence Training Model (DTM)/ Systems Approach to Defence Learning
(SADL). - Active
Baseline clearance as a minimum
