Norma Pacific Pty Ltd is part of the Global Norma
Group supplying a broad range of clamping and connecting products and
Engineering Joinery technology for the Industrial, General Engineering,
Automotive and Marine markets, in addition business portfolio’s servicing the
irrigation segment – Pumps & Fittings. In line with our continued growth we

You will be required to proactively seek and
acquire new business and maximize existing accounts by providing insights of
the products that Norma can bring to the table.
The nature of the role requires someone who is
dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible and has an engaged attitude, be a self
starter with great motivation and enthusiasm for customer relations.
You will need to be a motivated self starter with
both an outgoing personality.  Ultimately you will be someone who is able
to understand what is needed to get the job done.
To be successful in this role, you will need the
following:-
  • High level of organisational & time
    management skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Proven sales background
  • Knowledge of eCRM systems and reporting
    requirements
  • Willingness to travel to regional areas of
    Western NSW
  • Possess a results driven and self motivated
    attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Strong computer skills
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited
to:-
  • Building new &  maintaining strong
    relationships with key customers
  • Actively searching for new business
    opportunities
  • Analysing and understanding the target market
  • Working to an agreed budget in order to
    achieve individual KPI’s and the company’s sales margins
  • Continuing to identify and deliver solutions
    that are ‘value added’ to the customer
  • Providing excellent customer service
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing
Manager, the successful applicant will have a proven and successful track
record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You will work primarily with an established call
cycle with the objectives of providing outstanding service, exceeding sales and
profit targets and KPI’s that are in line with the company’s expectations.
The successful applicant must be willing to work an
occasional weekend or evening to attend trade shows and special events
throughout the year.

products is an advantage.
