THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to the significant growth of our organisation, Injury Treatment are now
recruiting an experienced O.T or Physiotherapist with solid Occupational
Rehabilitation experience to step into a hybrid 2IC Senior Rehabilitation
Consultant role.

Reporting to our QLD Regional Manager, as 2IC
you will have reporting responsibilities across human
resources, quality assurance on files and supervision of two O.R consultants.

As a Senior Rehabilitation consultant your key
responsibilities will include:

Provision of a broad variety of professional
consulting services

Negotiating with a range of stakeholders
including GP’s, Allied Health professionals and injured
workers to achieve clinical and return to work outcomes

Discipline specific rehabilitation
assessments; early intervention assessments, workplace assessments,
functional assessments, medical case conferences

YOU WILL HAVE:

Current registration as an O.T/Physiotherapist
with
3+ years experience in Occupational
Rehabilitation
Current AHPRA registration
A high level ability to clinically reason
and strategically plan RTW and/or clinical outcomes
Excellent leadership,
communication/negotiation and customer service skills
An uncompromising commitment to deadline
attainment
Quality and results focused approach; self
motivated and passionate about assisting injured workers to RTW
Previous management/supervision/21C experience
in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
