Job Description:
As Vendor manager, you will be responsible for over-seeing Nielsen’s Vendors in Nigeria and other West African countries. This will include:
Providing effective vendor sourcing and quality management
Managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance on vendor management processes
Implementing plans for outsourcing initiatives
Producing progress monitoring reports
To qualify, you will need;
Previous experience in West African cross border and/or multi country project management
Previous exposure to market research would be advantageous
Proactive manager who is independent, energetic, and results oriented.
Fluency in English, French & Local languages
Working experience in similar or related function, i.e vendor management; logistics; merchandising; distribution
