Description:
The MobiShop
Operator’s main objective is to operate his/her shop through which the sales
are delivered.
The main responsibilities of the Shop Operator are:
• Providing information about Mobisol products and services
• Educating the customer on appropriate system use
• Completing the customer qualification check via Mtawi
• Filling in and explaining the customer contract
• Ensuring the required customer documents are valid and
complete
• Finalizing sales through the physical handover and its
documentation using Mtawi
• Explaining after-sales service to customers and scheduling
an appointment with installation technicians
• Displaying Mobisol Solar Home System (SHS) and appliances
as instructed
• Controlling and organizing all documents in designated
folders (Logistics documents and Customer contracts)
• Manage and keep the stock organized and tidy according to a
specified storage plan and in compliance with the FIFO procedure
• Updating the inventory (daily) and reporting it to the Team
Leader and the Logistics Department (according to deliveries & sales)
• Implementing the physical stocktaking (monthly)
• Managing the support staff and reporting expenses to the
Team Leader
• Participating in Department meetings on a monthly basis
• Comply with new process updates and feedback from
supervisor.
Requirements:
Rwandan
nationality.
• University Degree in business, management, sales or other
relevant field.
• Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a similar position
in sales, customer service or logistics.
• Professional handling of customers and good communication
skills
• High organizational capacities
• Dynamic self-starter, team spirit and strong initiative
mindset
• Willingness to be based in geographic region assigned
• Computer literate (emails, word, excel)
• Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
