TENDER NOTICE: N°04/ MINIJUST / 2012- 2013
SOURCE OF FUNDING: Ordinary budget
The Ministry of Justice invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the tender of `Supplying of Soft drinks´ as indicated in detail in the technical specifications. The tender is comprised in one (1) Lot.
Tender documents may be obtained on any working day from the 27th July, 2012 at MINIJUST procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RWF) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the exchange rate applicable at the National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) at the date of payment. This fee shall be paid at National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) on the Account N° 120.00.46 of Rwanda Revenue Authority.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of I kindred Thousand Rwandan Francs (100.000Rwf) issued by a reputable Bank or an insurance company or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency.
HOW TO APPLY:
Well printed bids in English or French, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must be addressed to the Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Justice and deposited at office re 205 not later than 27th August, 2012 at 14:00 pm. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the Ministry of Justice conference hall, on 27th August, 2012 at 14:30 pm. The copies will be put into an envelope called a inner envelope » bearing the name and the address of the bidder. This envelope shall be put into another one called « outer envelope » which should dearly indicate the tender name and title.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the law no 12/2007 on Procurement Done at Kigali on 27/07/2012
