Role Purpose
Oversee network operations and maintenance in the assigned geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage daily Regional operations and maintenance activities, and act as
the technical administrative head of Region, accounatble for regional OPEX and
spares management
– Act as a relationship manager between the Regional Commercial team and the HQ
Technical team, ensuring signed SLAs are met.
– Provide support for Network planning, optimization, implementation and rool out
activities in the Regions
– Prepare and provide weekly and monthly report to benchmark regional
performance and productivity
– Takes overall responsibility and accountability for all Regional Network Key
performance indices
– Responsible for Staff development program, staff performance appraisal and
staff empowerment and engagement
Position Requirements
-BSc. in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
– 3 -4 years work experience in related field
