Role Purpose
To ensure smooth operations of Tigo Pesa, in order to maintain high service
availability and to achieve the overall company goals and accomplish service
availability up to 99.99%
Key Responsibilities
– Responsible to maintain a high level of quality and availability of Tigo Pesa
platforms and products offered by the company to both internal and external
customers.
– Responsible for the overall upkeep and management of all existing and future
Tigo Pesa services and products and their integration to the company
operations.
– Responsible for the design, development /customization/acquisition and
implementations of Tigo Pesa products/systems to be offered to our subscribers
or to be used internally
– Provide first level Tigo Pesa support and escalate to level 2 (need further
investigation)/ level 3 (need vendor support) problems and report accordingly.
– Performs daily operations and Maintenance for the current Tigo Pesa
Platforms,(USSD GW, MOBIQUITY NODES)
– Manage all the Engineers under Tigo Pesa section.
Position Requirements
– BSc. Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
– 2- 3 years work experience in related field
