My
client is seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to join the leasing
team within a leading investment bank. As a Customer Solutions
Associate you will be responsible for customer enquiries end to end whilst also
managing enquiries ranging from simple document requests to more complex
solution-based enquiries. To be successful in this position you must possess a
passion for customer service, proven track record of using initiative and be
able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Managing
Inbound/Outbound calls. - Taking
ownership of client queries both phone and email based as the first point
of contact. - Working
on a number of requests at any given time under set deadlines. - Liaising
with internal teams to resolves issues. - Working
independently and as part of a team. - High
level of client service.

Criteria
Criteria
- Strong
communication skills (Written and verbal) - The
ability to work individually or as an active team member. - Knowledge
& experience of working in a customer service role - Experience
& capability in the delivery of exceptional customer service - Negotiation
and problem solving skills - Excellent
organisational and time management skills - Strong
numerical ability coupled with high attention to detail - A
genuine interest in working in financial services
