The successful candidate will demonstrate:
– Experienced in a-la carte or fine dining services, with a mandatory minimum
of 3 years experience in hospitality
– Understanding of basic wine knowledge is preferred

– Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all
financial transactions, information, reports and documentation

– Waiting for VIP groups and individual guests
The successful candidate must have completed
their RSA or be willing to obtain one. You are required to work weekday and
weekend shifts, must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are
offering 20-25 hours a week to start, hours will increase for the right person.
