PURPOSE
- To
mobilize money daily from clients in and around the branch zone.
DUTIES
- Creates
a pool of clients with the help of marketing officers and mobilize cash
from them. - Recommends
clients to marketing officers for account opening - Reports
daily cash collection to team leaders latest by 4.30pm for cross checking
for onward transfer into various clients’ accounts - Maintains
a cordial relationship with clients since the mobile banker serves as the
mouth piece of the company to the client. - Attend
to clients’ complains in case of client dissatisfaction and recommend
possible solutions with the support of the team leaders. - Ensures
Zero tolerance for fraud. - Liaises
with team leaders as well as marketing officers to forward clients
requests and demands to Branch Management. - Intermittently
deposit cash at the designated branch of the mobile banker anytime the
maximum cash limit is reached before end of day. - Daily
update of clients balances in their (clients) passbooks as well as the
mobilization booklet held by the mobile banker. - Prepares
and submits a monthly report to team leaders.
