Purchasing Officer
Kuala Lumpur
The Job:
• To source for new suppliers and to continue to obtain cost reduction on materials.
• Responsible for material purchasing, expediting and inventory control
• Responsible for sourcing, price and specification negotiation with supplier
• Generate Purchase Order and follow up on delivery
• Monitor and follow-up with supplier to ensure timely delivery solution
• Responsible to maintain proper quotation and suppliers’ information records
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Required Skill(s) : Good Interpersonal Skill, able to communicate with all level of people, good command in English & Microsoft Office/Excell
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
