Laverty Pathology is a leading provider of
pathology and medical diagnostic services to doctors, specialists and hospitals
throughout New South Wales (NSW) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). We
also provide medical diagnostic services to commercial and government
organisations across Australia and internationally.

We are currently seeking one experienced Scientific
Officer and one Pathology Aide to join our Microbiology team based
in North Ryde.

Scientific Officer position
The Scientific Officer’s role is a day shift
position and plate reading experience is preferred. Participation in a rostered
weekend (day shift) is also required.

Pathology Aide position
The Pathology Aide’s position is for the evening
shift. The applicant is required to work between the hours 5pm – 1am on
weekdays, and participate in the rostered weekend shift between the hours
4pm-12am.

To be considered for these roles, you must have:
- A Science degree obtained from a recognised
Australian institution - Permanent Residency
- NSW drivers licence and own car is necessary
- Ability to demonstrate sound organisation
skills - Ability to work within a team
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal
and written - Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance
with WH&S policies and guidelines - Sharing the company’s vision, cultures and
values
