Monitoring and
Evaluation Consultant – Salima/Lilongwe – will be a full part of the Land
O’Lakes project team
This position will be responsible for coordinating a smooth close down of Land
O’Lakes Monitoring and Evaluation activities, These include but are not limited
to working closely with team to ac
curately capture remaining data, manage final
evaluation process in conjunction with headquarters M&E department, lead
review and development final donor reporting quality assurance of physical and
online data
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Agribusiness, Agriculture Economics, Nutrition
or equivalent, Experience in social research/survey work in a development
organisation, Excellent analytical and communication skills, experience with
both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods,
Willingness to travel to the field frequently, Skilled in SPSS preferred, Be
fluent in spoken and written English and Chichewa, Have excellent time
management skills and a willingness to work occasional long hours, Ability to
work in a team as a good communicator
