To be successful in this role you will have a
thorough understanding of the PAMD Act and Residential Sales & Property
Management Contracts together with strong administration and accounts skills.
The successful candidate will have experience and
skills in the following;
. Preparation and Management of Contracts for Sale
. Maintenance of Trust Accounts
. End of Month processing

. Maintenance of Office computer systems
. Above average Computer skills with
a knowledge of E2 and MYOB being an advantage
. Liaising with Solicitors and Sales Consultants
. PA to Principal
. Advertising and Marketing of Properties
. Office duties including client liaison, answering
telephones, banking
. Highly organised with excellent communication
skills
. Hold a Real Estate Sales License
