Your research services will support the KPMG ESS team in identifying
prospective candidates and contacts for a
broad range of Executive and
Specialist search assignments, locally and internationally. Utilising your
research expertise, you will provide high quality information that will assist
us in delivering successful assignment outcomes.
We are seeking a service provider with:
• A proven background in research within the
recruitment industry or a similar ‘people’
focused research area
• Well-developed commercial acumen and a
sound understanding of organisational
structures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal
• Track record in meeting time and project
commitments
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to
filter important information
•Experience with a broad range of research tools
for talent identification
This is an opportunity for a proactive, analytical, and engaging research
services provider to extend their research experience, while working
collaboratively with a supportive team. You will be exposed to research across
a number of sectors nationally, including but not limited to, Infrastructure,
Government, Health, Higher Education, Financial Services and Energy &
Natural Resources for assignments up to ‘C’ Suite and Board level.
We are seeking submissions from individuals with their own ABN or corporate
entity, who are interested in providing services on an ‘as needs’ basis, to
suit the scope of our assignments and our Advisors requirements. This is a
