in our field and take a consultative approach with prospects and clients. We
are always looking for talented performers to partner with EC in a territory
based Area Manager role. This role is challenging, rewarding, autonomous and
flexible in equal parts and would suit someone who has a strong work ethic and
drive.
You
need to possess a high level of activity to fill your diary. Whilst some
leads are provided from head office, you really make your money by self lead
generation. Our top performers are always filling their pipeline with leads
from referrals, networking events, walk-ins and other forms of direct
marketing. If you do this, the high quality of our market leading products will
help you with the rest.

by-product of these endeavours.

For
the first 8 weeks we pay you the equivalent of $50K pa pro rata plus
commissions. After this time you will possess the knowledge, experience and
sales pipeline to be self sufficient and move on to a commission-only structure
where you are generously rewarded for your endeavours. Commissions are paid
weekly. Top performers make upwards of $180K per annum, but an average OTE is
upwards of $100K.
