Human Resource Management – Plan, organise, administer, review and evaluate the
day to day activities of the human resource and administration department
including compensation, employee r
ecords administration, benefits
administration, and employee counselling programs, Monitor and interpret
changes in employment laws and regulations, evaluate their impact on the
operation of the company, and develop and install required policies and/or
operations modifications to assure conformance with the changes in these laws
and regulations, Oversee the Performance Management Process by performing a
Staff Performance Management Process (PMP) and supporting managers in effective
use of the PMP.
General Administration – Demonstrate continuous effort to improve the
operations of company including Carry out all administration functions
pertaining to support services, including fleet management, equipment repair
and maintenance, management of physical security and safety of the bank’s
property, Plan and allocate available staff resources among the assigned
divisions based on service delivery priorities, Management of all insurable
risks by arranging insurance cover of property, assets, equipment, personnel
etc.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Public
Administration or its equivalent, Those with a Masters degree in the field will
have a distinctive advantage, At least 5 yrs of experience in a similar role in
a busy organisation
A mature individual with experience in senior position in human resources
management and general administration in a busy organisation, A professional of
high standing with demonstrable knowledge of Malawi labour laws and regulations.
