Manager
Manage the implementation of a mix of service in the region, including leading
work planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting, Develop work plans to
deliver on the strategic goals, data and information products in the region,
Ensure the ultimate collection, processing and analysis of data in the region,
for the purpose of improving and maintaining qu
ality of service in the region,
Develop the company’s client portfolio in the region, through product uptake
with the goal of supporting the development of the organisation’s regional
operations and client base, Work with other regional managers to deliver on the
overall company’s operational plan, Build the company’s regional reputation
through quality of work, presentations and publications as the best source of
data on microfinance in the region
A Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Social Science or its
equivalent, At least 7 yrs of relevant management, microfinance
experience
Self-starter and an independent actor able to carry out agreed work plan with
little supervision, Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills,
Excellent communication skills in English and Chichewa
