THE ROLE

Due to rapid

expansion, we are looking for switched on people to join our
Technical Support Team on a full-time basis.

In this role you will:

  • Answer post-purchase queries from customers
    via phone, email and chat
  • Raise warranty and refund claims through our
    online returns system
  • Liaise with repairers, customers and courier
    companies to organise faulty product repairs and return of products to
    customers after they are repaired
  • Raise any recurring issues with management to
    assist in product and process improvements
  • Perform various ad-hoc office tasks as
    required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a
    fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    skills
  • A superb phone manner
  • Good working knowledge of mobile phones,
    tablets, DSLRs, TV and AV equipment
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently show
    empathy towards customers
  • Internet savvy and switched on
  • Ability to deal with both technologically
    challenged and tech savvy customers
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and
    support issues to ensure all customers receive first class service
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and the
    latest gadgets

DESIRABLE SKILLS
  • Experience in Level 1 or higher technical
    support.
