Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible
for the development of strategy for marketing, business development, operational efficiency and effectiveness
in order to achieve sales targets and business plans
• Enhancing
the reputation and relationship with business partners and customers
• Managing
the operations and motivating the personnel to achieve set targets
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The
candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, with
a post graduate qualification in Management,
• At
least five years’ experience in senior management of a reputed organization in
the transport sector, with three years of profit-centre responsibility.
• Management
of the P&L
• Possess
the ability to identify and measure key indicators of a business plan
• Extensive
knowledge of automated systems for transport management
• Prior
fleet management experience
• Insurance
and safety for the transportation
industry
• Good
working knowledge of principles and methods for moving hazardous and
non-hazardous materials.
