To be considered for
the ECT position, you must:
- be able
to work in a team environment and provide a safe and stimulating
environment for children - plan
and implement daily activities guided by the EYLF, as well as
reviewing and adapting these to childrens needs - be able
to write observations, learning stories and daily written reflections - communicate
and build close partnerships with families and the community - have a
genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young children - be friendly,
positive, energetic and show initiative - have a
sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS - MUST
HAVE A CERTIFIED SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE or willing to obtain one
