Brief Posting Description
To provide a safe, secure, efficient and customer focused passenger services in compliance with regulatory requirements, Company’s policies and procedures.
Detailed Description
• Overall accountable for shift planning. Directing and controlling ground handling aspects of Kenya Airways during shift period.
• To ensure a safe, healthy and secure ground service operation at the station in compliance with regulatory requirements, Company’s policies and the local airport authority.
• Monitor that standard of punctuality and customer service delivery by the Ground Handling Agent as per contract and Service Level Agreement and in accordance with the Company’s policies.
• Deputize the Station Manager in event of absence as delegated by the Station Manager
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
• University graduate.
• Experience delivering service in demanding consumer environment.
• Fluency in French/English and any other foreign language an added advantage.
• Good in handling Irregular Operations
• Friendly and Helpful to customers
• Deliver OTP
