Industrial Rubber Farm located in Todee, Montserrado County
Job Description:
Direct and coordinate, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities of workers engaged in agricultural
crop production for corporations, cooperatives, or other owners.
Duties
•Directs and coordinates worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, payroll, and recordkeeping;
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, at least 2 years of practical experience in tree crop farming
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, ability to manage others, clerical skills. Must be a multi-tasker and a self starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision. MUST work well with others
