Our client is a national law firm with a number of offices around Australia,
the Melbourne team are located in the heart of the CBD and are looking for
an experienced property legal secretary to join their successful team.
About the role
This role will allow you to take control of administration procedures while
supporting one partners as they
deal with a variety of interesting property
matters.
Each day will be varied, with your key responsibilities including:
– Liaising with clients
– File management
– Diary management
– Dictatyping
– Drafting documents
– Drafting correspondence
– Monthly billing
– General administration duties
Skills & Experience
To explore this new role, you will have solid property experience and strong
Microsoft skills. You will have excellent communication & organisational
skills, a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
