To contribute to the development, support and integration of new and existing
business applications in response to the organisation’s identified needs and to
agreed specifications, standards and timelines.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Create design/specification documentation.
• Programming in C#
• Building Web and Windows applications using the approved technology stack.
(.NET 4/MVC, WCF, C#, Dynamics CRM 2011, Sharepoint 2013)
• Participating in the Agile/SCRUM development methodology.
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Tertiary qualification in a software processing or related field is essential
• Demonstrated experience developing Web and/or Windows Forms applications
using Microsoft’s .NET Framework (C#) and Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012
• HTML, CSS, JQuery, ASP.NET 4/4.5, MVC
• Understanding of WCF Web Services
• Object-oriented programming and design techniques
• XML, SOAP, AJAX, JSON, SQL
• Agile/SCRUM development methodology
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively
with colleagues
• A positive attitude towards challenges
