How to make the application submission.
1. Read the Call for Application and the Application Form carefully.
2. Register yourself in the web system at the page.
3. Compile the Application Form.
4. Prepare all the documentation in PDF format and package it in an unique zip file.
5. Submit the zip file using the registration identification codes using this page.
6. You will receive an email of acknowledgement.
NOTE: double submission is not allowed.
DEADLINE: 11 February 2012, 23:59pm CET.
SELECTION TIMETABLE:
- 14th February 2012: Notification of ineligible applicants.
- 17th February 2012: Short-listing of candidates complete. All applicants will be notified by email whether they have been selected for interview or not within two days of this date.
- 20th and 21st February 2012 (CET time zone): Selection panel meets in Bologna to interview preselected candidates. Candidates will need to ensure their availability for a skype or on this day. Time slots for interviews will be agreed in advance.
- 22nd February Successful applicants and reserve applicants will be notified and asked to confirm in written within 24th February that they are willing to accept a place on the LAST-JD programme. At the same time applicants placed on the reserve list will be notified and asked to confirm, in written within 24th February, that they are willing to remain on the reserve list.
- 28th February 2012: Main and reserve lists of candidates submitted to EACEA for approval. Offers of Fellowships cannot be made by the consortium until the list of candidates has been fully approved by the EACEA.
