Is
a senior level position within the project and the

office holder will be
responsible for overall financial management and administration, S/he will
provide management support and oversight in the implementation of activities
Masters
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field
or Bachelors or Certified Accounting Degree with 8 yrs experience, Demonstrated
knowledge and/or skills in accounting, financial planning and management of
large scale, complex, interventional development assistance programs,
Experience with USAID funded contracts and strong understanding of USAID
regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations and its applicable
clauses is required, Demonstrated experience and skills in developing and
managing large contract budgets, Extensive experience in developing and
managing a donor funded grants program
