Is
a senior level position within the project,
a senior level position within the project,
and the CSSA will provide overall
strategic leadership on Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC)
capacity strengthening for Govt and other key partners in Malawi, The SCSA will
work as a technical expert and resource person for the project to integrate
capacity development and implementation of SBCC
Masters
Degree Education, Social Sciences, Administration or related field, Minimum 8
yrs experience with progressively increasing responsibility in designing,
managing and implementing complex, large capacity strengthening programs in
developing countries involving multiple stakeholders and implementing partners,
Demonstrated hand son experience in building govt, non govt and community
capacity to address health issues, Demonstrated management skills, including
relevant experience in direct supervision of professional staff, Demonstrated
experience working with the govt of Malawi, NGOs,/CSOs and media institutions,
private sector and other key stakeholders in order to advance the SBCC
activities, Strong understanding of the Health Sector in Malawi, and ability to
interact and build performing relationships with stakeholders especially
district health offices, Ministry of Health Directorates and other institutions
that implement SBCC related activities in Malawi, Professional training and
experience with adult learning methods, training/and or facilitation
techniques, organisational capacity assessment, mapping and planning and
strategic planning, Experience in implementing social and behaviour change
communication (SBCC) projects is desirable
